The Associacao de Professores de Portugues / Association of Teachers of Portuguese Language (APP), uses Galo AssociAtlas® since March 2003. This database system deals with everyday procedures such as issue of receipts, member cards, mailing labels, fee payment through cash transfer and overall membership control. The current and past situation of each member is saved and easy to check. The system is also available on the Internet enabling members to submit real-time changes on their personal data.(requires public IP)

The big problem dealing with an association are the exceptions; Permanent members, special members, VIPs. Each one with its different needs requiring different procedures. Finding out, segment and activating the resolution of basic tasks is independent from the increase of records for new members.

A mouse click is enough to process the monthly/yearly fee and issue its receipts. With another click one can have the list of receipts issued that day with printable ready-to-use mailing labels.

It processes thousands of cash transfers easily, creating a digital file for the bank. Receipts, mailing labels and lists are immediately available.
